Has been with Nova Capital since November 2013. For more than 15 years, he has held senior positions in corporate finance, including in such companies as the Russian Forest Group, NITOL SOLAR, and NPK. He has extensive experience in structuring M&A deals, direct investments, leasing operations and raising funds in excess of 300 million dollars: forestry and chemical industry, industrial engineering, real estate.

Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering with a degree in Engineering and the Russian Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Economics.
